JUNE 23, 2007 E-NEWSLETTER
Greetings Teams!
Welcome to the June e-newsletter. Registrations are going faster than previous years. We expect that we're going to be full very shortly. We have a couple of updates for you this month.
 Help us meet our team goal
The end of the June registration period is ending in the next few days and while we usually have a big rush of registrations, we wanted to make it worth your while too. If you (an existing team) can bring in a new team to the Relay, we'll give you a $100 discount (or rebate if you've already paid). This would also apply to any teams that want to subdivide and create 2 teams out of one. By the way I've talked to a few potential teams who are at the 5 runner level and you may be able to pick up half a team by posting such a request on the Forum Section of our website.
Starting today, send us an email at race@coloradorelay.com about a new team that you've brought in AFTER 6/23/07 and we'll credit or rebate $100 to your team once the new team signs up and pays. If you would prefer we can apply this discount to the new team instead. Only applies to existing teams who bring in a new team.
FEE DEADLINE extended. In addition, we're extending our June registration rates until end of day July 4th. We expect to have the race full by that time.
Teams on the Colorado Relay website
The “Team” section of our website http://www.coloradorelay.com/teams now has a listing of all the teams currently signed up (as of 6/23). Please check the list and make sure that your team name, division and team captain name are listed correctly. If you find an error, update the registration database http://www.coloradorelay.com/teams or send us an email at race@coloradorelay.com.
 Also in the “Teams” section, you can now get to the “Teams Online Mini-Sites”. You can create your own webpage on the Colorado Relay Wiki or link to your own page.
