COURSE DETAILS AND MAPS
Course Table Summary 2007
(2008 information available summer 08)
Participants running on teams of 10, will each be responsible for running three legs of the race in continuous rotation. Below is a chart, which outlines each runner's responsibility, the total distance they would be required to run and the appropriate difficulty of each runners combined legs. Teams in the "Non-Conformist" division will need to work out their own sequencing of legs and vary between 6 and 12 runners and therefore are not included in this table.
Please note that course difficulty can be determined in many different ways including varying altitude, distance and terrain. As a result, please use this summary table as only a general tool to help in strategically organizing your teams running order.
*These charts are subject to change at any time during the race planning process! This table is applicable to the 2007 route.
